What payment options do you offer?
Card payments are processed by Stripe, and the options available to you are shown at checkout. You can also pay in crypto, processed by Coinbase.
Do you provide a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial, but the Base tier is free and lets you try what we offer. It includes:
- Chart resolution: Daily
- Historical data: Delayed up to 60 days
- Every chart on every chain
- Compare: 1 chart
- Alerts: 1
- Footprint: 1 address
- Seats: 1
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. If you pay by card through Stripe, you won't be charged at the next billing cycle and keep access until the end of your current period. Crypto payments aren't a subscription but a one-off payment, so access simply ends with the period you paid for.
Can I upgrade my plan at any time?
If you pay by card, you can upgrade whenever you like from Manage in your settings, and the cost is prorated over the rest of your current period. If you paid in crypto, you can upgrade near the end of your current period, or contact us to do it sooner.
